MYF130 transmission is a "double-change" structure transmission product with independent intellectual property rights developed for the 3 ton class.

Ergonomically designed control system with neutral protection, power cut-off, forced downshift, and reverse signal functions. Adopting international advanced design and using a large number of DIN standard designs, high-quality imported parts are used for key parts, which ensures that the various components have sufficient design life from the source of the design. The key parts such as gears and bearings are designed for a life of 10,000 hours, which is much higher than national standards. Through the full-hour 1000-hour bench-strengthening test and the installed-hour 1000-hour market industrial test, the test verification is fully reliable. It is separated by coarse and fine filtration. The coarse filtration is placed at the bottom of the box and the oil pan is filtered. The fine filtration filter is screwed into the tank oil path for easy replacement. Traction dynamic performance matching is performed through professional matching software, the overall structural analysis calculation is performed by Romax simulation calculation software, and the finite element analysis of the box is performed by ProE software to determine the overall structure of the torque converter and gearbox to achieve optimal performance. According to the lubrication mechanism and sealing technology, the spatial structure arrangement of the transmission lubricating oil circuit and the optimized oil flow distribution structure of the oil passage ensure a comprehensive, uniform and sufficient distribution of the lubricating flow of the rotating body.
