This is not only due to the rapid deterioration of the environment, but also the more important reason is that the large-scale construction and environmental protection that have emerged around the economic development have formed a pair of intractable contradictions, and the high displacement of construction machinery is the most criticized of them. section. In the 21st century, when faced with the world ’s construction machinery giant ’s pursuit of energy-saving technology and its achievements, when China ’s construction machinery that was going to leave the country was rejected because of strict carbon emission standards in other countries, when it was discovered that our When the motherland is no longer blue water and green, and gasoline and diesel are more expensive than edible oil, the awakened Chinese loader enterprises have started to catch up.
In the fall of 2010, after analyzing the global technical paths and methods to solve the problems of loader emissions and energy saving, combined with market demand and its own characteristics, XCMG focused its efforts on rematching low-speed power. Low-speed engine has the advantages of low fuel consumption, large output power and high torque. It has been applied to a certain scale in foreign construction machinery. At this time, under the premise of ensuring that loader performance parameters and reliability are not reduced, it is the most urgent and important task to develop a gearbox that matches the energy-saving and environmentally friendly low-speed engine as soon as possible.
XCMG Transmission Technology Research Institute, as the authoritative department in the field of transmission technology research and development of XCMG Group, has unavoidably and resolutely assumed this important task. With a senior engineer of Xu Dongyun as the product director, the four-person R & D team began hard work day and night. Faced with a series of rigid requirements, all members of the project team, adhering to the strict and down-to-earth working style of Xu workers, overcome the disadvantages of the lack of related design calculation software, step by step, one by one, every day ... With excellent speed ratios, they have calculated almost all matching possibilities. At the end of the project, the sheets of calculation papers and design change drawings were stacked at a height of over one foot, and then there was a dialogue at the beginning of the story. So far, more than 25,000 units of this "low-speed gearbox" have been installed and sold, with an output value of nearly 400 million yuan. Compared with the original "ordinary gearbox", its external market feedback rate has dropped from 1.53% to 0.91%. At the same time, it has saved at least 3,500 yuan per unit compared with similar outsourced gearboxes, and has generated profits of more than 87 million Yuan can be said to have truly achieved a double harvest of economic benefits and environmental protection.
